Prenatal educational modules

The Active Family Center educational modules give you the opportunity to take part in training sessions providing information and preparation models for birth, as well as in classes on newborn care and pelvic floor toning with experienced professionals (midwife, pediatrician, kinesiotherapist, nutrition specialist, psychologist). It is never too early to learn how to properly receive a baby in our lives, which is why we hold early parenting classes from the time the little one is still in the womb. These will help create the bond between parents and child even before its birth.
Our classes:
Active birth – 3 sessions: Pain & control of breathing; Body positions & massage; Relaxation & signs of approaching labor
Baby care – 3 sessions: Breastfeeding; Bath & massage & Aqua Baby; Baby Senses
Kinetic Baby – 1 session
First aid for babies & 3-year olds – 1 session
Early parenting – 1 session
Our recommendation is for the mother to be accompanied by her partner.
